Instructions for Outlook Express & Outlook 2000 POP3 email account

  1. Open up Outlook Express or Outlook and go to Tools
  2. Click on Accounts
  3. Select your account
  4. Click on properties button
  5. Go to the Servers Tab
  6. For the server information choose the following:
    • My Incoming Mail Server is a POP3 server.
    • Incoming mail server is: mail.azayahosting.net
  7. • Outgoing mail server: smtp.azayahosting.net
  8. Enter your Account name, which is your full email Address and password. Your new password is “password1” and then click Next
  9. Press OK


  1. Place a check in the box for My server requires authentication
  2. Press OK
