Problem sending out mail in Outlook
Express.
Due to our lenient mail policy we
found out that one of our customer was abusing our mail server by sending
out hundreds of marketing Spam emails and that's why you've been having so
much trouble sending and receiving mail lately, so we have had to secure
out going mail.
You will need to make a change in your Outlook Express to send mail from
now on.

1. Open your Outlook Express program.
2. Click on Tools, Accounts. You will then see the window below
3. Click on mail tab
4. Highlight mail account under the heading account
5. Click on properties on the right |

6. When you see the
window below then click on Servers
7. Put a check mark next to My server requires authentication
8. Then click on OK
9. Repeat steps 4 through 8 if you have more then one email account
10. Once they are all done just click on all the OK's and Close |
