Our History

CCSI was established in 1994, primarily as a computer hardware resale and service company. GE approached CCSI in 1995 to perform upgrades and repairs under their extended service warranty program. In 1998, CCSI diversified by establishing one of the first ISP’s in the local area.  Since then the business has gathered momentum and today CCSI has grown into a technology solutions company, providing value added services such as Network Administration, Service Contracts and Remote Monitoring.  CCSI delivers the expertise, passion, reliability and integrity needed to becoming your ultimate business partner.

Network Infrastructure Management

In a nutshell, we perform business and network planning, implementation, and management services; repair and remanufacturing; training; product support/warranty services; systems/network integration; and product performance solutions. 

Network & Systems Management

For small to mid sized businesses that require quick, cost effective network and systems management solutions, CCSI offers a variety of appliance-based network monitoring services. With no upfront hardware costs, our clients simply "rent" customized solution and pay as they grow. 

Management Services include: Service level management, performance management, event management, notification, availability and reporting 

Network Intrusion detection monitors all the devices on that network segment from denial of service attacks, web attacks and service attacks. It also scans the network to find holes in network security or compromised systems.

Desktop management provides first level helpdesk support for your desktops along with bandwidth monitoring and traffic management tools.

Business Critical Support (BCS)
Maximizes the availability of mission-critical systems by delivering proactive, predictive and preventive support. BCS provides change control management, networking solutions, installation of software fixes and maintenance releases.

BCS establishes a personalized support plan and direct access to a technical resource. Preventive activities such as system health checks, virus checks and patch reviews are also performed more frequently to provide maximum uptime for your system. 

By proactively troubleshooting computer and diagnosing network problems we ensure our clients maximum uptime.

Getting Started

Most customers start with a comprehensive CCSI Network Assessment, a valuable roadmap of their computing environment. 

During the Network Assessment phase we evaluate the client technology and examine the hardware and software configurations of their network.

We provide a comprehensive Network Diagram along with a report documenting the status of the current computing environment and recommended improvements, upgrades and opportunities to minimize technology “headaches”.  This exercise enables our clients to maximize their return on technology investment.  

Cost Effective Solution
